Doctor of Psychology and Full Professor in the Department of Social and Organizational Psychology, Faculty of Psychology, UNED (National University of Distance Education). He has also served as Deputy Director of the UNED's Career Guidance and Information Center (COIE) and Director of the Department of Social and Organizational Psychology at UNED. He teaches various undergraduate psychology courses at the UNED's Faculty of Psychology. He is also a professor in the Master's Program in Psychology Research and the Master's Program in Teacher Training, specializing in Career Guidance and Employment. He has participated in and led several national and international research projects focused on socialization and career guidance, entrepreneurship, quality systems, skills assessment, and consumer behavior.
